Upcycled Vintage Ruffle Halter Sunflower Dress XS-L

This dress is made from a vintage ruffled sunflower skirt, with a halter top straps and features an A-line style with ruffles, jutting out under the bust. Fits a gender free size XS-L as is supposed to fit bigger.
